Having a pretty skin, quite a story for me!
For a long time, I've had a complex about my pimples. I started to get them around the age of 11 when I started using make-up to hide my imperfections. I used large surface marks and the more I put on make-up, the more imperfections I had. Until I was 22 years old, I was still using make-up, often too much. I had tried dozens and dozens of products for acne was on antibiotics, contraception…but nothing helped. Then, there was a turning point in my life and I became more self-confident and self-confident. I dared to leave my naked skin without make-up more and more often.
It wasn't easy from the start, I had to assume my imperfections. At the same time, I took control of my sports and diet and I totally changed my habits by turning to organic products. Today, my skin is much better, I have imperfections only when I'm stressed or tired, or after overeating.
8 Tips for a beautiful skin:
1. We eat a balanced diet!

We know that our diet has an impact on our bodies but also on our skin! Have you ever found yourself with an ugly pimple after a party that was a bit too festive? So to have beautiful skin, we bet on fruits and vegetables rich in fiber and minerals. We try to avoid as much as possible cold cuts, sugar, alcohol, junk food, and tobacco. We opt for a healthy and balanced diet.

2. We sleep 8 hours a night.
A good night's sleep is essential to be in good shape and to avoid stress and fatigue, which can lead to pimples and a dull complexion. In addition, the skin recovers and regenerates at night. So we sleep a minimum of 7 to 8 hours a night. Try to go to bed before midnight to get a good night's sleep. And regularly change your pillowcase, which is in direct contact with your skin.
3. You practice a sporting activity
Contrary to what one might think, perspiration due to sport is not going to give us any more imperfections. Sport is a stress reliever, the source of many of our imperfections. So choose a sport that you like and that suits you. Indoors, outdoors, at home, with a coach, the important thing is to do something you like 2 or 3 times a week.
4. We take off our make-up every night.
This step is also mega important and certainly the one that should not be skipped! Even if it's late and the call of the bed is louder, you will thank yourself when you wake up. Makeup can prevent the skin from breathing and clogging pores. If you don't remove your makeup, you may have blemishes and a dull, tired complexion. I've been using the double cleansing technique for over a year now. I remove impurities with a fatty substance (butter or vegetable oil) and I cleanse with mild soap and warm water.
5. Let's get hydrated!
Like a large part of the body, the skin is made up of about 70% water. Water allows the skin to be soft, supple, and bouncy. Moisturizing from the inside as well as the outside is therefore very important for beautiful skin. We drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day. And apply an organic moisturizer or aloe vera gel. And don't forget the eye area, which deserves special attention.
6. We do care every week
Exfoliation and care are very important for cell renewal. The main thing is not to attack your skin. Every Sunday, I do my little ritual with scrubs adapted to my sensitive skin and I alternate between a purifying mask and a moisturizing mask. This routine allows me to have moisturized, luminous skin, and tightened pores.
7. We prefer organic cosmetics

Non-organic cosmetic products contain lots of synthetic ingredients that do not provide any benefits to our skin. On the contrary, they can clog pores and give us imperfections. Silicones, polymers, fatty alcohol, mineral oils… all these ingredients are harmful and forbidden in certified organic cosmetics. 8/ Don't touch the pimples, treat them directly!
I know it's sometimes difficult but it's a very bad habit! Trying to treat your pimples brings extra bacteria and risks developing another infection that will take twice as long to heal. So we take our pain patiently and apply a little tea tree essential oil to the pimple in question and nourish the skin with jojoba oil.
